Position Summary:
The Driver is responsible for transporting Visiting Angels' caregivers to their assigned locations. This role will entail daily local travel throughout Connecticut.
Essential Functions:
Pick up company vehicle and ride at the office at the beginning of each shift
Pick up Visiting Angels Caregivers' at assigned locations and transport them to their work assignments
Communicate with the office regarding ride status
Report any delays or other incidents that need to be reported to the office
Track mileage and ride list throughout the shift
Provide excellent customer service to all Visiting Angels staff and clients
Represent the agency professionally in all capacities
Required Skills/Experience:
A minimum of three years of professional driving experience required
Clean driving record, valid active drivers license required
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Caregiving experience a plus
Covid-19 Vaccination required
