Established roofing, windows, siding, gutters and doors company❗ Great reputation with a positive synergy❗ Great comradery with efficient processes and systems in place❗

✅Average commissions range from 10-12% with provided set appointments 💲🤑

✅Commissions for self gens ranging anywhere from 12-20%!💲🤑

We're currently seeking an in-home sales representative to join our rapidly growing home improvement company. This position is responsible for selling our roofing product to residential customers. Cold calling and canvassing are required, with Company leads provided. Our top consultants have a 45%+ close rate and earn 💲100,000 - 💲150,000+ their first year.

Knocking doors, running provided set appointments and obtaining contracts for the services provided❗

👍Minimum Competencies and Skills:

One (1)+ years of in-home sales experience required

Previous roofing sales preferred, not required

Must possess valid driver’s license

Must pass a background screening and drug test

Must possess a smart phone

Must be able to travel 100% of time

Must have reliable transportation

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Ability to sell our products in customers’ homes

Ability to measure the exterior of customers’ homes

Must be able to perform second-story for inspections when needed

Be highly competitive and a motivated self-starter

Demonstrated ability to develop a rapport with customers; good listening skills

Organized; demonstrated time-management skills
